  1. Sign Up for a Free Account.
  2. Login to Discuss and follow their easy steps...

Next, go to your Categories and Create a "Custom Field": and make it either Unique to the Category or Common to all Categories...and paste the code in and click ok to save..

That's all there is to it. You now have a very speedy Blog Integrated in your NOAH.
