This is really easy to do. Go to your NOAH Control Panel
  1. Go to "Settings" and "Activate/Enable" E-Commerce.
  2. Next, go to "E-Commerce Settings" in the (Control Panel)
  3. Choose "Simple or Advanced" mode and enable the The Payment Gateways. You can use just one or both.

Next, you will need to go to "Credit Rules" and create what you want and how to charge your customers for posting their ads.
